EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.
Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy 2. Current state Physical Therapy license 3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. Connect With Us!
