Req # 27551 Providing direct patient care related to Physical Therapy, to include evaluation and treatment for therapeutic exercises and instruction in HEP. Evaluation and treatment of functional mobility, motor function, muscular strengthening, sensation, wounds, ambulation, balance, social and environmental needs.

Qualifications:

 Current Physical Therapist licensure or license eligibility with the South Carolina State Board. Home Health experience preferred.
