Certification Details State licensure in South Carolina Job Details Position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) specialty. Facility setting is outpatient. Reason for opening is vacant position. Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient setting preferred. EMR system used is Epic. Job Requirements Licensed in state of South Carolina required. Schedule Information Work schedule is Monday
- Thursday 8:00 AM
- 5:15 PM and Friday 8:00 AM
- 12:30 PM.
Additional Details Cost Center:
254K (Outpatient) Start date needed: June 2, 2025 Duration of assignment: 13 weeks Position may optionally float to other units but not required. Number of beds not applicable for outpatient setting. Previous travelers may be considered for rehire.
Scrub colors/dress code:
professional/business casual or scrubs in specified solid colors (teal, Caribbean, wine, white, black, grey, or pink).
Parking location:
on site at outpatient clinic.
