Qualifications:

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapylicense in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license andeligibility. 2. They must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or 3. They must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy relatedfield in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy;or 4. They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5years of progressively responsible PT experience. 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of theU.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree inPhysical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range:

USD $42.00 – USD $44.00 /Hr.
