Oversee daily clinical operations, supervise LPNs and CNAs, andensure high-quality resident care. Conduct admission assessments, manage medications, wound care, anddevelop individualized care plans. Collaborate with medical staff, educate residents and staff, andmaintain accurate documentation using EMR systems. Ensure infection control, manage supplies, and monitorincidents. Qualifications include an active NY RN license, BLS certification,and at least 3 years of RN experience preferred.
