Never This job will have the following responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ functional abilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare professionals and family members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid state PT license Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
