This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in theLexington, SC area. All billed as Medicare Part B. If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 10 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability. Full-time is also available. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population.
Overview:
A growing organization in South Carolina is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in theLexington, SC area. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) to homes in the area. The full-time or part-time position includes a flexible schedule / hours per week based on your preference. The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in the homes of older adults. Job Requirements:
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
- Eligibility for South Carolina state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required.
- At a minimum, 10 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability are required.
