Role:

Medadventures is seeking a licensed and compassionateOccupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a Skilled NursingFacility. You’ll work to help patients regain independence andimprove their ability to perform daily living activities.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient needs to developindividualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventionsto improve strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Adapt and recommend equipment or assistive devices to enhance dailyliving activities.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans,and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with aninterdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an OccupationalTherapist (OT).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility ispreferred but not required.
• Strong communication andorganizational skills.
