Duties:

Patient Evaluations (past medical history, exam, relevantimaging) Thoroughly and appropriately evaluates referred patientsto assess their need for physical therapy services and the bestpossible physical therapy treatment plan. In coordination with other appropriate clinical team members,develops realistic, best-practice rehabilitation program usingappropriate therapeutic modalities designed to meet the patients’personal, vocational, recreational, and medical needs. Orients patients to their individual physical therapy programsto assure their understanding of the treatments, mutually agreedupon goals, and approximate anticipated length of thetreatment. Establish Plan of Care Administer prescribed modalities, therapies, and exerciseprograms Regularly reassess Patients to determineeffectiveness/progress Patient education Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other teammembers Completes and maintains accurate and timely documentation Submits accurate charges for services and supplies Indirectly supervises rehab techs to include direction of tasksto be completed

Requirements:

Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (MastersPreferred) Knowledge of Microsoft office software (MS word, excel,PowerPoint, and outlook) Prefer minimum 1-year clinical experience and EMRexperience MD state

Physical Therapy License Salary:

$85k-$95k per year

Schedule:

Monday – Friday The Physical Therapist is responsible forproviding physical therapy services to patients to rehabilitate andrestore function and lessen/prevent disability and symptoms/pain.

The Physical Therapist will individually evaluate, then develop,implement, and reassess patient specific treatment plans inaccordance with established principles and best practices ofphysical therapy.
