Duties:

Patient Evaluations (past medicalhistory, exam, relevant imaging) Thoroughly and appropriatelyevaluates referred patients to assess their need for physicaltherapy services and the best possible physical therapy treatmentplan. In coordination with other appropriate clinical team members,develops realistic, best-practice rehabilitation program usingappropriate therapeutic modalities designed to meet the patients’personal, vocational, recreational, and medical needs. Orientspatients to their individual physical therapy programs to assuretheir understanding of the treatments, mutually agreed upon goals,and approximate anticipated length of the treatment. Establish Planof Care Administer prescribed modalities, therapies, and exerciseprograms Regularly reassess Patients to determineeffectiveness/progress Patient education Coordination of treatmentplan with patient and other team members Completes and maintainsaccurate and timely documentation Submits accurate charges forservices and supplies Indirectly supervises rehab techs to includedirection of tasks to be completed

Requirements:

Graduation from anAccredited Physical Therapy Program (Masters Preferred) Knowledgeof Microsoft office software (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, andoutlook) Prefer minimum 1-year clinical experience and EMRexperience MD state

Physical Therapy License Salary:

$85k-$95k peryear

Schedule:

Monday – Friday The Physical Therapist isresponsible for providing physical therapy services to patients torehabilitate and restore function and lessen/prevent disability andsymptoms/pain. The Physical Therapist will individually evaluate,then develop, implement, and reassess patient specific treatmentplans in accordance with established principles and best practicesof physical therapy.
