We are currently seeking askilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabteam. Job Summary As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key rolein helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and recover frominjuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. You’ll workcollaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcareprofessionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plansthat support our patients’ recovery goals. Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualizedtherapy plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, andother evidence-based treatments Educate patients and families onhome exercise programs and lifestyle modifications Document patientprogress and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient careMaintain compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA regulations, andprofessional standards Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy(DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent Arkansas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility toobtain) CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills Prior hospital or inpatientexperience preferred but not required New graduates are welcome toapply – mentorship available!
