May be assigned to orient staff and students and assume theduties and responsibilities of the supervisor in the absence ofthat individual Assesses patients’ needs; identifies and initiates appropriatephysical therapy interventions; works cooperatively with otherpatient team personnel in maintaining standards for professionalphysical therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork Observes and evaluates treatment affect, accomplishment ofshort and long term goals. Recommends change to physician, ifneeded Performs an appropriate assessment on each patient and performsreassessments, as per policy. Performs accurate and timely QIscoring.
