- Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patientsbased upon physician orders, including recommendation andprocurement of adaptive equipment
- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to movepatients toward their maximum level of independence and/orfunction
- Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician,patient, and family members as applicable
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services providedto ensure proper billing
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical TherapyAides in direct patient care and patient-related activities inaccordance with state practice act Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a college oruniversity with an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Must have a current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapistin state of operation
- Must have current BLS or CPR in accordance with stateregulations
