Position Summary:
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
Set measurable goals and implement evidence-based treatments.
Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and health management strategies.
Patient populations include, general orthopedics, pelvic health, sports medicine, geriatric, vestibular, and neurologic disorders.
The outpatient clinical specialist provides individualized care for patients in the outpatient setting by evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, implementation of treatments and education of the patient and family. Responsible for mentorship and training in area of clinical expertise.
Position Qualification:
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
Strong commitment to patient success and enhancing patient experience.
Passionate about the physical therapy profession and dedicated to achieving better patient outcomes.
Proven leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills.
