Up to $2,130/week (Based on Experience)

Job Description:
Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities Assess patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques Utilize various therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, modalities, and exercise programs Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (Doctorate or Master’s accepted) Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible for licensure) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Prior experience in a clinical or rehab setting preferred
