What youneed… Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program Current orpending state licensure Experience / Rotations treating outpatientorthopedics Experience / Rotations treating Pelvic Healthconditions H&W Level 1 Pelvic course completed as preference,but NOT required. Our Franklin McKay’s Mill team currently consists of 2Physical Therapists currently treating an orthopelvic caseload, andwe are looking for a flexible and adaptable part time clinicianwith experience pelvic specialty cases to join our thriving clinic.

They should be focused on providing quality and inclusive care, andprepared to handle full pelvic caseload including urogenitaltreatment interventions. Education and growth are top priority atUpstream. As part of our commitment to developing passionate,skilled, and inclusive, evidence-based clinicians that demonstratethe highest form of professionalism, we have developed an 18-monthPelvic Health Development Program to provide support and resourcesfor our clinicians to reach their full potential as a clinicalspecialist in the field of pelvic health. Program content isdesigned to help develop expertise in clinical reasoning,recognizing implicit biases, improving inclusive practice, focusingon external/internal pelvic health assessment for all pelvises, aswell as improving manual therapy skills and pain science.
