Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients’ physical conditions and creating personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore optimal function. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ function Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide education to patients and their families on self-care techniques and injury prevention Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Stay current on advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:
