Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionatePhysical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a PhysicalTherapist in our facility, you will play a crucial role inproviding exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patientsof all ages and backgrounds. Your expertise and dedication willcontribute to improving patients’ quality of life by assisting themin regaining physical function, managing pain, and achieving theirmobility goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations ofpatients’ medical histories, physical conditions, and functionallimitations to create personalized treatment plans. Administer avariety of therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalitiesto address musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedicconditions. Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitationprograms tailored to individual patients’ needs, focusing onmaximizing functional independence and overall wellness. Monitorpatients’ progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, anddocument outcomes to track improvements and ensure effective care.

Educate patients and their families about exercises, proper bodymechanics, injury prevention, and ongoing self-care strategies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, includingphysicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists,to provide holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and organizedpatient records, ensuring compliance with legal and professionalstandards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoratedegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Currentstate license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Prior experience in Long Term Care or related settings. Strongclinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficiency in designingand implementing effective therapeutic exercise programs. Abilityto adapt to varying patient needs and treatment challenges. CPRcertification may be required.
