Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess residents’ functionalabilities and therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualizedtreatment plans to help residents achieve their therapy goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on improving dailyliving, mobility, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with aninterdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patientcare.
• Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatmentoutcomes in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• SkilledNursing Facility experience (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solvingskills.
