Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our dedicated team at PT Of The City. In this role, you will assist our physical therapists in providing exceptional patient care, contributing to the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients. Your support will be crucial in helping us maintain our high standards of personalized treatment. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists during treatment sessions by preparing equipment and ensuring a safe environment. Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks as directed by the therapist. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy area and equipment. Document patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist. Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to physical therapy practices. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; experience in healthcare or physical therapy preferred. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff. Basic understanding of medical terminology is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Compassionate attitude towards patient care and rehabilitation.
