Physical Therapy Aide LEAP Physical Therapy 55 Post Avenue, Westbury, NY 11590 Position LEAP Physical Therapy is looking for the right candidate who can work in a clinical environment with PT for both pediatric and adult patients. Job responsibilities include direct patient interaction, setting up and guiding through treatment, preparing treatment areas for patient care and maintaining the physical environment with exercises. Maintains a high level of customer service at all times. Must be friendly, professional, polite and courteous. Answers calls from physician offices, hospitals, and patients using exemplary customer service skills. Must have good communication and organizational skills. Maintain cleanliness of the working environment and equipment. Educates patients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines. Prepares patients for therapy treatment by welcoming, comforting, providing, and/or assisting patients into therapy sessions.
