In this role, you will assist physical therapists in providing care to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. Your support will be crucial in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks as directed by the therapist Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy space and equipment Document patient progress and report any concerns to the supervising therapist Provide support during therapeutic activities, ensuring patient safety at all times Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records Skills Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members Basic understanding of physical therapy practices is a plus, but not required Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others recover and improve their health Physical stamina to assist patients during therapy sessions Join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
