Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Rehab Aide to join our healthcare team in Lexington, United States. In this role, you will work closely with physical therapists to provide essential support in patient treatment and rehabilitation services.
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercisesApply therapeutic modalities such as heat packs and assist patients with exercise equipmentMonitor and document patient progress during therapy sessionsMaintain and organize treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standardsOperate and perform basic maintenance of physical therapy equipmentManage inventory of therapy supplies and equipmentHelp patients safely transfer to and from therapy equipmentPrepare treatment areas and position equipment for therapy sessionsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulationsAssist in patient scheduling and maintaining treatment area workflowQualificationsCollege degree or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in a healthcare setting is advantageousPhysical stamina to assist patients and handle equipmentStrong understanding of basic medical terminologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate recordsCPR certification preferredKnowledge of safety protocols and healthcare regulationsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to patient care and satisfaction
Additional InformationPay Range:
$10.00 – $13.00 per hour
