Job Description
Fleetwood Post Acute is a 103-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, and just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro. Your day to day:
Assisting the Physical Therapy team with preparing residents for therapy treatments as needed. Communicate with supervisor and other health team members and greet families as needed.
