The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. This position requires strong clerical skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage medical scheduling and records efficiently. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with professionalism. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and well-stocked. Support the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments as needed. Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Process insurance claims, including Medicare billing, ensuring accuracy in documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is not required. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in managing medical records. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients. Knowledge of medical billing processes, particularly Medicare guidelines, is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. .
