We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team in Huntsville, AL. Under the mentorship of experienced leaders, you will develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, faith-based environment. Your primary role will be to support the smooth operation of our office, assist in patient care, and ensure every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. Key Responsibilities & Core Results Warmly greet patients upon arrival, setting a tone of kindness and professionalism. Create a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere in the treatment area. Guide patients seamlessly through the office flow and procedures, ensuring a smooth experience. Assist patients with designated stretches and encouraging their healing journey. Maintain a clean and sanitized environment by properly disinfecting treatment areas and changing headrest covers between patients. Accurately record patient information and daily adjustment notes, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Engage with patients regarding their health history and concerns, offering compassionate guidance rooted in faith. Support the doctor(s) in the open-floor adjusting room Help manage the daily flow of the office by coordinating appointments, patient flow, and adjusting area readiness. Communicate effectively with patients via phone, text, and email, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately. Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and enhance patient care. Requirements A positive attitude, servant’s heart, and a compassionate, patient-focused demeanor. Eagerness to learn, grow, and serve within a faith-based practice. Flexibility to work according to scheduled hours. Ability to stand and be on your feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience in chiropractic, medical assisting, or customer service is a plus but not required — a willingness to learn and serve is most important.
