Promote Healing. Restore Independence. The Springs of Pine Bluff is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled rehab team. In this important role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.
What You’ll Do:
Provide physical therapy treatments based on individualized care plans Assist residents in reaching their mobility and rehabilitation goals Track and report progress to the Physical Therapist and care team Accurately document treatment sessions and resident responses Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and mobility support
