Physical Therapist Assistant The Villages Rehab and Nursing Center 4842 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608 We are looking for a committed and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program at Plaza Health and Rehab in Gainesville, FL. Full-Time & PRN job opportunities available! This is a great opportunity for a PTA to join a progressive therapy team. You will offer effective and client-centered services that will enable people to confidently and independently carry out everyday tasks or activities..

PTA Responsibilities:

plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers Monitor patient response to treatment intervention Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
