- Duties

- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Process patient intake forms and verify insurance information.
- Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with insurance companies as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, welcoming, and compliant with health regulations.
- Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
