This is a multifaceted role where you will be responsible for dataentry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient caredocumentation.

What You Can Expect:

• Prepare patients forexamination, recording relevant history in patient charts.
• Oversee day-to-day Chiropractic assistant operations.
• Conductdata entry and maintain up-to-date patient care documentation.
• Guide and assist patients with care and therapies.
• Providepatients with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and instructions foreffective usage.
• Welcome and assist patients in person or overthe phone.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling andconfirming appointments.
• Collaborate with the team to ensuresmooth patient flow and timely access to care.
• Communicatepatient concerns to the practice manager and Chiropractor.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work efficiently underpressure.
• Treat all patients with kindness and consideration,even in challenging situations.

• Monday:

  8:00AM-11:00AM, 3:00PM-6:00PM

• Tuesday:

  12:30PM-7:00PM

• Wednesday:

  8:00AM-11:00AM, 3:00PM-6:00PM

• Thursday:

  12:30PM-7:00PM
