The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the practice by assisting with patient care and all therapies, ensuring a smooth workflow, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position requires an understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, as well as excellent patient service skills. Responsibilities

• Facilitate all patient therapies (prepare therapy equipment, position patients on therapy equipment, educate patients on therapies, assist patients off therapy equipment, etc.)
• Develop an in-depth understanding of clinic services, procedures, therapies, and protocols.
• Educate patients on clinic services, procedures, therapies, and protocols.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments.
• Assist nurse practitioner as needed.
• Collect patient vitals and conduct patient assessments to gather medical history and current health concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and in-person.
• Collect and verify insurance information.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, inventory management, etc. Requirements
• Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a must.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift patients on and off of certain therapies.
• Knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively within the healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient care.
• Excellent patient service skills with a focus on empathy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to intake complex information quickly and apply it in practical scenarios.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and practices within the chiropractic/medical fields.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with ChiroTouch EMR system is a

BIG PLUS!

• Medical Assisting experience a plus but not required.
• Basic machine operator x-ray license a plus but not required.
