Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant Hope Chiropractic Brandon, FL 33511 We’re looking for a reliable person to work 20-30hrs / wk. Job list ing will remain “live” until position is filled.

Candidate must have a friendly demeanor; is organized, meticulous and neat. Must be computer literate and can efficiently navigate basic Microsoft/Windows Previous chiropractic office experience is a plus! We are willing to train the right candidate . Responsibilities include superb attention to detail and the following, not limited to:

• Professional telephone skills
• Scheduling patient appointments / navigating practice software
• Collecting payment and managing private-pay patients financial care plans
• Billing/Collections – Personal Injury Claims
• Ensuring proper patient flow
• Assisting with back office/ patient therapy
• Monitoring small inventory
• Light office cleaning
• Additional staff activities and responsibilities reviewed with onboarding Pay is $15-17/hr and commensurate with experience.

Must be able to work a combination of some of the following shifts: M-F mornings 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Evenings M, W, Th 3:30 pm – 5:30/6:00 . We adhere to a strict non-smoking policy and we strictly forbid smoking in or around our office premise. Summary As a Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant, you will be essential in delivering outstanding patient service and supporting the chiropractic team. Your core skills in patient assessment, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge will enable you to assist with patient intake and monitoring effectively. You will utilize your computer literacy to manage care plans and maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills are vital as you interact with patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed throughout their visit.
