Qualifications:

• Ability to carry out treatment plans as designedby supervising therapist
• Ability to document daily care as perestablished guidelines.
• Ability to effectively communicateresponse to treatment intervention to residents, family, and otherteam members.

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree inphysical therapy from an accredited program.
• Successfulcompletion of the National Certification for P.T.A.
• Current statelicensure or license eligible.
