Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Needed in Miami Gardens! In Gamba Help

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Assisting chiropractors in patient care.
- Managing office tasks and maintaining a smooth clinic flow.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a chiropractic or medical setting
- Familiarity with patient care
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle calls
