This role is essential in providing support to our chiropractic professionals and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, along with excellent patient service skills. This position involves both administrative tasks and direct patient interaction, making it vital for the smooth operation of our practice. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments. Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean and properly equipped. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations. Educate patients about treatment plans and provide instructions for at-home care. Perform patient assessments to gather necessary health information. Handle insurance verification and assist with billing processes.
