Job Description:

Assist the Front Desk and Billing Office with administrative duties. Greet patients. Be able to clearly explain how a patient’s insurance covers their care. Answer the phones in a friendly and timely manner and be able to field all questions. Maintain accurate patient records. Assist doctors with EHR documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and providers to maintain a positive working environment. Perform duties in compliance with all company policies and procedures. Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality policies. Maintain a clean office environment. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in healthcare preferred. Spanish speaking a plus! Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
