As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient intake, scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• Collect patient information and update medical records accurately
• Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
• Provide administrative support to the chiropractor, including managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office space

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
