Fully cross-trained across front desk, patient education, and flow support

Someone Who:

Is outgoing, upbeat , and loves people Loves children and families (many of our patients are pediatric!) Has strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow systems and scripts Is organized , coachable, and can stay calm under pressure Is tech-comfortable (EHR experience a plus) Can multitask in a fast-paced environment without getting flustered Is flexible, reliable, and hungry to grow

Basic Requirements:

18 years or older You must have your own transportation Available for a flexible schedule: •

Mon-Thurs:

9:00am-7:00pm (some late evenings) •

Wed:

7:30am-5:00pm Will be available one weekend/month for community outreach events during season. Available to travel 2 times per year for team training & bonding Must be open to learning scripts, educational content, and clinical flow Must align with our faith-based, mission-centered values
