Associate degree from an APTAaccredited program required.
Licensure as a Physical TherapistAssistant required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDSAND
ENVIRONMENTShift work may be required. Employee is frequentlyrequired to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands andarms, feel, talk and hear. Employee will occasionally assist tolift and / or transfer patients weighing between 100 to 250 pounds.
Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids,fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. Incompliance with applicable law, reasonable accommodations may bemade to enable individuals with disabilities to perform theessential functions of the position.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Participatesin (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard againstimproper use and disclosure of resident’s protected healthinformation. Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies,procedures and state and federal law. Agrees to adhere to andoversee communication of privacy guidelines relative to theconfidentiality of residents’ protected healthinformation.
