Chiropractic Assistant Altamonte Springs Clinic Altamonte Springs, FL 32701 We are looking for someone whose energetic, organized, can multi task, has excellent communication skills and can work alone with little direction. An ideal candidate must be a TEAM PLAYER, have strong work ethic, be punctual, bilingual (Spanish), have great people skills and a positive/pleasant attitude. You will need to be able to communicate directly with doctors & patients, and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities (Front and Back Office Duties included) Answer the phone at the clinic Greet patients when they enter the clinic Schedule patients Explain fees to patients and accept payment Perform data entry / insurance verification / updating patient files in the clinic’s computer systems Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment Assist doctors during therapy and treatments Cleaning all treatment rooms and waiting areas and taking all precautions for patients to have a safe experience in our office. Requirements Computer skills Customer service experience Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals Compensation – based on experience
