In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient service and support to both our chiropractic team and our patients. You will assist in various clinical tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the practice while fostering a welcoming environment for patients. Duties Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Conduct patient assessments by gathering medical history and understanding their needs. Assist the chiropractor during examinations and treatment sessions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, utilizing medical terminology effectively. Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies. Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care and follow-up appointments. Requirements Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient assessments effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for accurate communication within the healthcare setting. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on creating a supportive environment for all patients. Ability to work collaboratively with the chiropractic team while maintaining professionalism at all times.
