Job Responsibilities Help the PT in all aspects of patient care Under the guidance of the PT, assist with administering skilledphysical therapy treatment in accordance with the physician orders,referrals, prescriptions, current standards of care, and byassessing and interpreting evaluations, records and test results ofpatients Encourage continuation of therapeutic plan by designing homeexercise regimens, recommending assistive equipment and follow-upprograms that improve the patient’s overall health. Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance withscheduled appointment times ) Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; trackprogress Provide education to patients on techniques for thecontinuation of care Measure and track treatment plan/intervention effectiveness-Keep Physical Therapist up-to-date on changes in patientprogress Maintain confidentiality of patient personal health informationin accordance with HIPAA compliance Required Skills andqualifications Completion of a Physical therapy assistant program Current PTA license in GA with State licensing and all otherstate-required documentation

Mon to Fri (Flexible schedule with 40 hrs per week)
