Chiropractic Assistant Rasmussen Chiropractic Center 200 East Lanier Avenue, Fayetteville, GA 30214 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Duties File insurance with appropriate carries and bill outstanding accounts Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Provide assistance with patient care when needed. Support office management tasks including maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations. Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution. Assist medical receptionists with patient scheduling and administrative tasks if applicable. Experience Previous experience in an office environment or as a Chiropractic assistant is preferred. Proficiency in office management software and computerized systems is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowing CPT terminology and ICD 10 coding is a plus Experience in customer support or as a medical receptionist is a plus.
