The Chiropractic Assistant would be responsible for ensuring that the practice runs smoothly. Such duties include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, booking appointments, processing payments, and responding to emails. This part-time position requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The Chiropractic Assistant should be friendly and professional at all times, organized, and comfortable managing their time with limited supervision.

Chiropractic Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet Patients The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for greeting patients, checking them in and out, managing the patient flow, escorting patients to treatment areas, and setting patients up for treatment/ therapies. Manage the Practice’s Schedule The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and following up on missed appointments. Process Payments The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for verifying insurance, accepting and posting payments, and creating and managing payment plans. Order Office Supplies The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for managing the office supplies.
