Job Details:

Provide physical therapy services to students of all ages and disability levels within a school setting. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to address students’ physical needs. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive student support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students’ physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals related to physical therapy. Provide direct physical therapy services to students. Monitor and document student progress. Communicate effectively with school personnel and parents.

Qualifications:

Valid Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting. Strong understanding of IEPs and school-based therapy practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
