We are a mission driven office and our goal is help as many people as we can to live a better life. This position is for a mixed role position. Duties include but are not limited to, answering multi-line phones, verifying health benefits, putting patients in rooms, collecting payments, scheduling patients, helping patients with therapy and logging in patient data. This position is fast paced and constant interaction with our practice members. This is not a position for a shy person. This position will have on-site training along with the potential to grow and opportunities for bonuses. Must be a fast learner with great work ethic, who can multitask and communicate well with patients, staff and doctor. A minimum of 1 year office experience is required, 1 year customer service is welcome as well. Medical office preferred. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply! Must be available to work full time Monday through Friday from 8:10- 1:00 and after lunch Monday through Thursday from 2:45-7:00. Please apply in person ONLY with resume and references.
