Position Summary :

As a PRN Physical Therapist or PTA , you will play a critical role in planning and administering physical therapy treatments to patients with both temporary and long-term disabilities. Your goal will be to help relieve pain, restore or improve functionality, and promote healing through personalized care.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer physical therapy treatments to residents and patients, in accordance with a personalized plan of care. Consult with patients to assess their physical condition and interpret test results. Develop individualized treatment plans using a variety of techniques to meet patient needs. Educate patients and families on in-home treatment options and injury prevention techniques. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Document patient care history and progress, ensuring compliance with company policy and state/federal regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Provide education on ergonomic techniques and physical health maintenance.
