In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. You will assist chiropractors in delivering treatments, managing patient flow, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. Your knowledge of anatomy and physiology will be essential in helping patients understand their treatment plans and improving their overall experience. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments. Perform patient assessments to gather relevant medical history and current health concerns. Maintain accurate patient records using medical terminology. Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies. Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming for all patients. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing paperwork and managing inventory of supplies. Requirements Bilingual Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for understanding treatment processes. Familiarity with medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Strong patient assessment skills to gather comprehensive health information. Excellent interpersonal skills to provide outstanding patient service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
