Physical Therapy Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive the support they need during their rehabilitation process, as well as to help faciliate the smooth function of the clinic. A strong understanding of anatomy and patient service is essential, as well as a passion for helping individuals improve their mobility and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists and physical therapy assistants with patient care, including preparing treatment areas and equipment. Help patients with exercises and rehabilitation activities, ensuring proper techniques are followed. Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment to promote safety and efficiency. Support patients by providing compassionate care tailored to their specific needs. Facilitate communication between patients and therapists to enhance the overall patient experience. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in physical therapy. Clean and sterilize the gym & equipment before and after treatments Experience Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is

STRONGLY

ENCOURAGED, particularly in orthopedics or geriatrics. Knowledge of anatomy is preferred to effectively assist with patient care Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with physical therapy practices is beneficial for understanding patient needs.
