Position Summary:

/n At the direction of aRegistered Occupational Therapist, performs patient treatments asindicated by the treatment plan. Documents treatments given,including frequent and objective measurements. Works with childrenlthrough geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completesestablished competencies for the position within designatedintroductory period. /n Performs selected tests and measurements asdirected by therapist; maintains documentation on all treatments;assures appropriate equipment performance prior to each use. /n

EDUCATION

Required:

Associate degree inoccupational therapy assistant, Active U.S. military servicemembers, or veterans with any military service, training, oreducation verified and credited by an accredited OTA program isacceptable /n

EXPERIENCE

Preferred:

1 year experience /n

CERTIFICATIONS Required:

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistantby AOTA. Licensure, as required by State law. /n /n Tenet complieswith federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatoryvaccination of its workforce.
