  • Be able to implement care plans and communicate any findings orchanges in regards to patients back to the Physical Therapist andphysician
  • Ability to educate patients and their families in basichome safety and medical equipment safety
Required Certificationsand Licensures:
  • Associates degree from an accredited school ofPhysical Therapy
  • Have a valid license, registration, or permit topractice in state of agency operation
  • Must possess and maintainvalid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
